Prof. K R Seshadri Rao: A Retd: Indian Air Force (Air Warrior and Sky Diver). He is a Consultant Educational Psychologist and Director of Child Care Education Research Center. He is also a Professional Teacher Trainer and Personality Developer and an Expert Trainer and Motivator. He is one of our honorary Advisory members of the board. He brings in expertise from his education (have more than 30 Masters to his credit) and experience. A multi awards recipient of Vidya Ratna, Raksha Medal, Sangram Medal, Beat Teacher Award and been decorated by many such more. He also served as course counselor for Kakatiya University, IGNOU, Alagappa University, Madras University and many more.
Mr. Raman Khandelwal: An Entrepreneur, and a Soft Skills Trainer by passion. He also serves as principal trainer at ‘Mind Pool School of Management, promoted by Rajasthan Patrika’, Rajasthan’s leading daily. His experience in Personality Development Training is vast and he himself has worked with many clients like Nationalised Banks, Corporate Houses, Educational Institutions, Independent Institutes and many more. Being in the industry his passion fuels him to teach and develop a student in every possible way to stand on his own self against all odds in the real world.
Mr. Sanjay Enishetty: Co-Founder of Ahinjay Technologies. Sanjay apart from being an MBA, he also holds diplomas in the fields of Advertising, Journalism & Mass Communication. He has a rich experience in Marketing, Branding, HR Management an edge to explore & create new avenues which subsequently reflects on the growth & development of Nuline. His keen attention to details helps Nuline to perfect its processes and training modules. He is also a secretariat member of ‘Hyderabad Angels’.
Mr. Nayan Ostwal: The youngest of our advisory members who recently joined our team of trainers. He is an engineering graduate from ISM Dhanbad, and presently works with Samsung India. He brings in his expertise of technical training and helps Nuline in streamlining the training process of each module. He is an enthusiast, vibrant and passionate about ‘beyond books’ philosophy. His encouragement to his fellow mates to go for that extra mile to bridge the gap of real life experience is what makes him different.
Mrs. Garima Ostwal: She is an Independent designer and PG Diploma holder from National Institute of Design (NID), Ahmadabad. A spatial designer by profession and worked with various Govt. institutions, in the likes of Indian Railways, Konkan Railways, and various private parties over several projects. Her balanced view of necessity and provisions from her profession helps Nuline identify gaps in training modules and creating new training models. She is also a passionate trainer and works with us on various projects on training on soft skills.
Dandapani Parasa: He is an IT professional with 16 + years’ (Offshore Development 7.5 Years, Domestic Development in India 8+ Years) rich experience in the industry with reputed IT companies, managing & overseeing Project Management, the successful initiation, execution & delivery of software projects in a diverse range of technologies. Significant exposure of working in an international business environment with expertise in handling various IT projects efficiently in a team & demonstrative competencies in conceptualisation / creation of flexible / expandable software architecture to meet client requirements. He brings in an in-depth knowledge and understanding of business process analysis, design, domain & technology expertise with strong integration skills & the ability to train and motivate cross-cultural teams in optimising their performance levels.
