The founders of Nuline EduCon, have a rich experience of more than 15 years of entrepreneurship. They set the overall tactical and strategic direction of the company. However, every member of Nuline is a crucial element in the success of this enterprise. Our team comprises of about 25 qualified trainers and members: Soft Skills Practitioners, Management Laureates, Hardware and Networking Engineers, Operation staff, Coaching Experts, Content Writers, Project Leaders/ Managers etc. Nuline is very well supported by its eminent board of advisors spread across India and keep on advising us with the best and foremost of the Industry.
Mr Arun Ostwal, our co-founding Director is an educationist in himself. He is a pioneer in education industry and has developed a very unique curriculum on computer education and soft skills. His key contribution is towards identifying new training modules for Nuline and their absorption in the enterprise. He also plays an active role in design and execution of key projects, particularly those involving Soft Skills and Computers. He has more than 15 years of professional experience. Mr. Sushil Sanghvi, our co-founding Director has an MBA from International Management Institute (IMI) – Belgium with dual specialization in Finance and Marketing. His background in Management Studies, International Business and his key contribution is in the thought process and overall direction at Nuline. He looks after strategic and tactical planning for business development and in addition he brings in his experience from multiple continents. He is an experienced event based marketing professional with sectoral experience in training and development; conferences; trade shows; property events; campaign development and designs and CSR development.
